The landscaping outdoors was very nice. Well kept parking lot. Lobby was clean.

The woman at the front desk was abrasive and rude. The rooms were not very clean. The dishes were dirty in the cupboards. The bathroom light would and then wouldn't work. The pull out bed was both dirty and broken. The hot tub was empty. The pool was cold. The outdoor furniture on the patio needs replaced. We made it work but I wouldn't stay here again

"Rooms nice, common areas need attention"

The room was generous size with a full size refrigerator and kitchenette. Seemed clean.

While our room itself was clean all of the hotel common areas (hallways, elevators etc) looked like they hadn't been vacuumed in days, possibly longer. The poor upkeep of the common areas made us question the general upkeep of the property and left a poor first impression, even though our room itself seemed cleanly.
