"Good"

This is the third time we stayed and always enjoyed our stay until this last time. We got in our room late on the first night and noticed a few ants then when we woke up the next morning we seen them all over the bedroom floor and some in the bathroom. I reported it to the office and they said housekeeper would be informed. We returned to our room later and it smelled like bug spray very strong smell and all over the floor were dead ants. They took care of the problem but could of been courteous enough to clean up.

I had a great stay at the Sonesta ES Suites Chicago Waukegan Gurnee. The rooms were clean, spacious, and very comfortable, and the staff was friendly and welcoming from start to finish. I especially enjoyed the complimentary breakfast and the convenient location near everything I needed. Overall, a relaxing and enjoyable experience—I would definitely stay here again!

Nothing sticks out! That I would say I dislike.

"It was a pleasant quiet clean comfy stay which we enjoyed!"

The Location was spot on for the Graduation Ceremony we attended as our son is now a Navy Sailor! The property was clean although we did have a hiccup when we arrived the room we were first given had some issues. The staff was very professional and rectified the situation immediately without incident! The front desk Clerk was an absolute Joy and pretty funny I might add she was very forthcoming with information and directions on great places to dine. I would definitely stay here again and I would absolutely recommend this establishment to anyone visiting the area. Oh yeah the Breakfast was very good also!

Nothing that sticks out at the moment! My family and I were completely satisfied!

Location to Naval base.

Cleaner rooms. Clean towels delivered. Trash removed daily. Service request to clear clogged drain could have been answered.
