"Stayed there multiple times and enjoyed it, it not this time."

Our toilet stopped up three times. The first night we were handed a plunger and we plunged it. The next morning it was again not flushing. We left and during the day someone worked on it. It flushed once for us that evening and stopped. We had to use the restroom in the lobby. When we checked out, the toilet still was not working in our bathroom.

My husband and I were not able to enjoy your breakfast, due to our early departure. We did however, help ourselves to the coffee. I did view all the breakfast food prepared for the guest and I was sorry we could not stay to enjoy.

"Between Bluffton and the East Coast, definitely our favorite spot to stay"

Once again, the Bluffton Comfort Inn more than met our expectations and needs. Every single staff member was friendly and helpful and spoke to us in passing. I want to recognize Sandra, the breakfast ambassador. Not only is the breakfast varied, tasty, and plentiful but Sandra makes the effort to interact with the guests and make everyone feel welcome. The tables, floor, and food area are CLEAN which is not the norm at most places! We stay in a lot of motels, and the Bluffton Comfort Inn is top notch.

The staff was very kind and helpful during the check in late in the evening. Had some issues with my room that I needed to unexpectedly checkout and the staff was patient, appreciative, apologetic and understanding.

I found bed bugs in my bed.
