The gm Justin is amazing he is kind and friendly and helpful. He always make sure you have everything you need the whole staff at this hotel is wonderful the place is in great shape very clean very comfortable rooms Justin has done an amazing job with the hotel and his staff the people at the front counter are so nice they offer you cookies they offer you water they say good morning I will never stay in another place when I go to Bluffton Indiana this is my go-to place has been for years and I love the staff and Justin they made our stay very comfortable and very enjoyable you must go there they do an amazing job. Thank you to the staff and to Justin for everything you've done for us we'll miss you guys and we will be back soon

Can't answer this because we loved everything I have no complaints not even a slight complaint and the breakfast is amazing the lady Sandra that takes care of the breakfast does an amazing job she keeps everything nice and neat and clean she's wonderful

We were in Bluffton for a family event. No one could have been nicer or more accommodating. I especially want to commend Sanda B,K. Her welcoming smile was the best way to begin the morning. She is charming and you’re lucky to have her. Thanks to all for a good stay.
