"A great experience!"

The staff was the friendliest we have ever had anywhere! Also, the breakfast was great. We also appreciated the complimentary lemon ice water in the lobby. A very nice touch.

My only complaint was that the door to our room squeaked every time it was opened or closed. You might try some W-D 40.

"Overall, I will be back."

We love the hotel, it's half way between my parents who live in TN and myself in WI. We've met here several times. The manager is absolutely amazing. She however, had some newbies that just weren't great. I had to continuously ask for toilet paper and trash to be taken. They never cleaned which we found out was a policy from Covid. We will ask in the future.

It would have been nice to at least have new toilet paper and trash removed each day.

Cleanliness

Waited 29 min for staff to check us in, she came from the back room, only cuz the phone started running and was carrying around her cell phone: didn’t apologize for the wait. Get to my room and my keys don’t work, she didn’t program them. Went back down and she wasn’t there again and I had to Hollar for her. By then my dinner was cold

"Prima voor een kort verlbijf voor werk."

De vriendelijkheid van het personeel. De beschikbaarheid en behulpzaamheid van het personeel in het hotel was hoog. De ligging is ook top, aan de outlet. Het is goed te bereiken en parkeerruimte is voldoende. De kamers zijn erg groot, en hebben voldoende ruimte om te werken.

De hygiene was niet altijd overal even top. Het zwembad is oud en dat is te zien aan de tegels, voegen en bodem. In de periode dat wij er verlbleven is er helaas geen personeel langsgeweest op de kamer voor schoonmaak of aanvullen van spullen. De WiFi is gratis, wel valt het steeds weg van de telefoon waardoor je elke keer opnieuw je naam en kamernummer moet invullen en opnieuw een filmpje moet bekijken. De kamersleutels heb ik meerdere malen moeten laten inlezen, omdat ze de deuren (door telefoon, sleutels, etc.) werder verstoord.
