Horrible fitness center: no AC and 2 tiny machines

It was a trip of convenience. The location in a small community gave an excellent view of nearby businesses.

The stay was actually excellent, but there was something’s that needed improving. Some outlets didn’t work on top plugs, but the bottom one did. The remote wasn’t programmed for the tv. An seemed like it could use another light in the room cause it was awful dark when the 2 were on.

I made it aware to the staff that i did not sleep at night due to a baby next door crying most the night. Which kept me awake, when i told the staff next morning the short old lady kept talking over me and interrupted several times. I had to tell her it was very rude to do it and that i respect other people and let them finish before i talk. I tried to talk about moving rooms but was told the system was down and could not change rooms. I am very disappointed in the stay here and feel i wasted my money when i could not even rest.

The property is run down and needs renovating badly. The entrance and parking lot are riddled with deep potholes and could possibly damager vehicles. The room had multiple broken and worn elements including a broken towel rack, burn marks on the bathroom counter, floor molding peeling away, damaged ceiling tiles, and rusty shower rod.

This was the dirtiest hotel I have ever stayed in. I load a towel on the shelf above the toilet and one side fell off the wall, the paper holder was ready to fall. the shower had rust around the showerhead. The was mattress protector was yellow and fell apart when I pulled it back checking for bedbug.. thank goodness that was the only thing clean.

There is only one lamp in the room. The TV was great except we had to use another remote for the mute button.
