It's an old property that's been kept efficiently for the short stay at a reasonable price. IT was on our way and worked out great. There is not much around that makes it look bit strange.

Been here before. Comfortable for what I needed, one night stay.

Awful. The smoke detector was broken and had Kleenex stuffed in the hole in the ceiling. The shower curtain was disgusting. Paint was chipping off the walls. Room smelled awful. Do not stay here.

Very poor service. No working elevator. Bath tub had mold in it. Room did not had trash can. Breakfast was apple juice and Muffin. The corridor smelled and so did the room.

Everything was broken around the building, water smelt like eggs, our interaction with front desk wasn’t great upon checking in because the lady was rude, and it was super loud above us. We were given a handicap room without needing it and asked for a different room and the lady claimed they were fully booked.

The Hotel itself was under renovation, I think. The parking lot entrance was full of holes. The appearance of the Hotel windows were scary. The room itself was very smelly. But wasnt all that Bad.

Other than lacking in room jacuzzi tubs, not having a pool, and a safely paved parking lot… my family loves staying here

Those traveling through the area may be better served to move along to the next town instead of staying at this property. It’s the epitome of a low budget, rather sketch hotel. It reeks of mildew in the rooms, the staff is semi-lazy (or maybe bare minimum might be more fair). The grab-and-go breakfast doesn’t “come up” until 7 am so if you need to get an early start (I left at 6:30, as did multiple other guests) you won’t get anything to eat. The 1 K-cup coffee maker there had multiple bizarre tea selections but barely any regular coffee. The entire hotel is dated, tired, musty, and the drive into the parking lot looks like it got hit by meteorites. Check the suspension on your vehicle when you leave. There are better places in Watseka to the west, and likely all directions from this place.
