"Comfortable and pet friendly"

Check-in was easy, the room was comfortable, clean. The breakfast had a variety of options, both hot and cold. The pet fee was reasonable, $25.

"Recommended hotel with quality staff"

Overall a very solid hotel, with clean rooms. Bed was good, as was the room. Staff was friendly and helpful. I liked breakfast was served 6am all days of the week and not 7am on weekends as some other hotels. I liked the fireplace and when used took the chill out of the air without turning heat on. Thermostat on the fireplace would be good to turn off when it became warm in the room.

Large room had lots of floor space and needed some additional furniture, as it appears something was "missing." Desk char could have been slightly more comfortable. Shower head was very high and would have been ok at that height if it had a removable shower head. That one feature would be a big plus.

"Best Breakfast"

When we got to the room there was food still near the couch and under the bed. The BED WAS HORRIBLE. Best Breakfast. Housekeepers walked in on me and my husband in bed before it was even reg c/o time and we even had a late c/o. Used 30000 points to stay here and very disappointed.
