Everything was perfect, the staff is extremely nice and helpful. Place is clean and very comfortable.

Location, price, breakfast area was clean

My room smelled like smoke and even noticed when I got home that my pajamas smelled like smoke just from sleeping in the room

Breakfast was better than expected. Location was exactly where we needed to be. Free parking always a positive.

Bathroom sink in the room was cracked when we arrived, told front desk staff twice and they both just wrote it down in a notebook, did not leave me with much confidence that we wouldn't be blamed. Elevator was pretty janky, made a loud clunk noise moving between floors every time.

Food was good. a few fruit options would have made it excellent. They kept the tables and the area clean and stocked. Waffles were great. can be messy but they kept things clean. Brown sugar for would be good.

The parking lot and sidewalks were nicely plowed. Always had to wait for the clerk to come to the front desk because she was always in the back taking care of her children. The elevator was scary. It jerked, made a lot of noise and was very slow. A I really did not like to have to pay a $100 damage deposit up front. I am a senior citizen, women and was there for only one night. Alos, I will never go through booking.com. I needed to change my arrival date and it was too difficult. I had to make at least 6 phone calls.
