Very very dirty mold and felt unsafe
I requested a room with sofa bed because i had a kid with me and no sofa, the bed base was broken when you get on it or sit would meke you feel if you were going to roll down. The smell of clorox was intense.
The rooms are not very clean and the elevators stink. The hallways had trash and food droppings all over the floor wall ate dirty. Overall housekeeping is terrible.
We didn’t stay the room was nasty dirty and the grossest I have ever seen. We tried two different rooms. Do not stay there. Hoping to get a refund. It is ridiculous that it would have been over $170 for one night.
The room served its purpose because my ac went out at home. But the room needs a serious upgrade.
The whole place stinks
We rented 2 rooms both were very gross. No clean towels, old soap in bathrooms, dirrt and holes in the blankets. No breakfast. Had to adk then they didnt use gloves to touch the food. Overall a bad stay
Wasn’t even able to stay and lost my money . $71 down the drain and nobody cared
The front desk attendant lady was very rude, I had to let her know that she didn’t have to raise her voice while speaking to me. The breakfast was mediocre, online stated the have breakfast but it was horrible! We didn’t even eat, my kids went to buy food. The biscuits were still frozen not cooked all the way. The cereal was stale, probably expired. The bed was unstable, had to be careful getting in and out of it, because the right side of the bed tipped when getting out of it. We asked for a rollout bed, they didn’t have that, also asked for extra towels and a blanket was told they didn’t have that, either. There wasn’t an iron or blow dryer in the room, when it states that those things are provided in the room. The whole experience from beginning to end was terrible, and I feel like that’s being nice.
