The staff were super friendly from the front desk to the housekeeping and the breakfast staff.

The second floor where our room was, is under construction. There was no carpet witch allowed the doors shutting to echo thru the hall. In the room the only issue we had was the mattress was hard as a rock.

Very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was great.

Check in took about 30 seconds

Under renovation and our AC didn’t work and they didn’t offer any kind of apology or refund.

Rooms were nice! The staff were friendly. Location was good.

I’m not sure if they are under construction or a remodel but missing a lot of fire alarms and light from the walls in hall ways. Missing a lot of outlet covers all over even by the front desk. Missing carpet when I stepped off the elevator had me worried but when I made it to my room it was nice.

Cleanliness of the room, vending prices, breakfast was decent.

The entire hotel was basically under construction. One specific house keeper had to be reminded numerous times to come change one bed in our overnight stay. The inside pool says it's heated online and it was literally freezing.

It was convenient to where I was working.

There was a lot of dust in the hallways the floor hallway carpet was ripped off the vending machines were surrounded by construction and dust one of the girls in our group got a staple on her shoe and it went through her shoe and poked her feet I just would’ve hoped that they would’ve let us know that it was under construction so we would’ve been more prepared the toilet in one of the rooms did not work. They did not have a maintenance guy they had to switch us rooms. The tubs were not that great would not throw the water down as properly, but we couldn’t switch rooms in that room because there were no rooms available overall it was annoying and I don’t think it was not worth the price that we paid!
