Poor breakfast items. TV difficult to use. Very disappointed with service on check in

This was a good hotel. There's a good variety of restaurants in the area and there was a decent selection for breakfast. Check in went smoothly as well.

My room was a late night last minute booking. Had been driving for hours and was extremely exhausted. The staff were friendly. I felt safe. I slept. Breakfast was free and decent. My anxiety was put to rest.

When I checked in the person behind counter was scrolling social media and never looked up or addressed ne. I had to say Im checking in. She never greeted us, no sorry, no nothing. Most unprofessional. A bad face to represent your facility. My room had a dirty floor, and tge floor was buckled, so you had parts tgat went uphill, parts tgat sloped downward. The whole room was like that. It was very dangerous to walk and not stub toe. The room stank. The cost of this room was absurd for what I experienced. Your breakfast was cold, tge eggs and sausage. The toaster didn't work and had to get someone who found out it was unplugged. No one from your staff was monitoring the breakfast area. It was pathetic how cold everything was. The only thing hot was gravy as in crock pot. I was so disgusted with your facility and woukd like a refund. I talked with 2 others at breakfast who felt same way. The lobby is all fresh, clean and pretty, but the rest is run down. Hates this place. UT does not live up to your quality and your other locations
