Friendly staff. Clean room. Good value. All in all a very pleasant stay.

The proximity of hotel to train tracks (not just tracks but a crossing, requiring train horn signaling) is problematic. More insulation in rooms/windows could help. Or please warn potential customers to bring ear plugs.

Room should be labeled, listed, and reserved as a room where smoking is allowed.

Problematic entrance and parking lot during winter. Unplowed with no plan to clear snow. Very steep gradient entrance to get in, covered in slush was nearly impossible in a 4runner. Once I was up there the person at reception told me about a back entrance that was still unplowed but less of a gradient.
