Location, clean, friendly
Room was damp, had musky odor. Mattresses needed replacing but I slept fine. Hair dryer was not working but staff brought me a portable one . Room is lacking plugs too .

Comfortable, clean room. Large refrigerator. Basic breakfast - waffles, eggs, sausage, cereal, yogurt, bread.
Wasn't an issue for us but you will need a plug for charging devices (no USB ports)

It was convenient and clean. It was quiet and the key worked everyone. The breakfast had a hot option besides waffles. The front desk reached out to settle getting me a room and accommodating my larger then now allowed dog.
The dog policy was not clear until I got there. They had a sign that they only took dogs to 20 pounds. My dog weighs more. What they said was since you have a reservation we will not turn you away but it cost more and they could not honor the room I had booked. They changed my room type but did keep the same room rate.

The check in area and dining area for breakfast was very clean and smelled good. The room was very clean. The doorways and doors could use a facelift but still great for our overnight stay. I’m super picky about clean bathrooms and this was again very clean and looked like fresh grout. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Exactly what we needed after a long day on the road.
Nothing really, the only problem was the blow dryer in the room didn't work but I went to the front desk and she gave me another one.
