Good clean room with 4 pillows each bed. Perfect. Breakfast ok but perfer something other than scrambled powder eggs. Needed muffin also for Breakfast. Will be stopping by again on the way to Florida at end of July

Everything seemed great until ... I really hate to do "negative" reviews, but my experience at this location of Best Western put me in a spot that I had to say something. I stayed by myself at this Best Western location and had no issues booking, or traveling to the location. I was greeted nicely and was booked in my room efficiently. The drain stopper in the tub didn't close, but that was not a huge issue. So far, so good. I bedded down at 12:30, and immediately I noticed some wetness in the foot of my bed. It was located more on the left side of the king-sized bed and I kicked myself thinking I spilled something on the mattress. On closer observation, I realized that the blanket and cover weren't wet at all. It was a huge crescent shape wet spot on the bed sheet and mattress cover, soaked all the way through. I thought I could shrug it off, but by 1:30, when I couldn't sleep, I realized I needed to get some guest services help. I went to the front desk and spoke to the night desk employee. He wasn't rude, but he didn't act apologetic about the incident. He asked which bed covering needed to be replaced, took me to the laundry service room and gave me replacement sheets. That was all. He never asked if there was anything else he could do, or mention that he would talk to the management or room service team. It was almost as if he thought his job was done, and that was all. It was humiliating. At 2:00 in the morning, I was stripping my own bed and replacing the wet sheets that I was not responsible for. I paid to stay in the room and receive the services I paid for, but there I was, making my own bed. I'm not an elitist, or someone who feels priviledged and entitled, but the lack of responsibility by the staff was disconcerting. The next morning, as I checked out, I asked if the night person had reported the issue. I explained the situation again. While I did receive a small "We're sorry that happened. I'll make sure to talk to the laundry service", there was no sense of true regret, or "what can we do to make this a better experience?" I genuinely felt like no one cared. I will book at other Best Western hotels, but I won't go to this location again.

A few months ago, my wife and I discovered Best Western Plus hotels during our cross-country trip from CA to NC. Our go-to hotel before this was Hampton Inn & Suites, and I have to say that the Best Western Plus line is just as good. Driving back to CA via a different route, our first stop was Lexington, KY but there were no BW Plus properties conveniently on our route so we picked a standard Best Western. Overall, it was a good value. The room was clean; the AC unit worked and was very quiet; the bed was bug free and comfortable; I never heard a sound from the neighboring rooms; and the breakfast was okay. I pulled one star because their maintenance department missed the mark, and design flaws. First, who signed off on the installation of the toilets I'd expect to find in a preschool? If you're traveling with young kids, you'll love them. The adults, not so much. The toilet seat was sliding all around too, and there's no way the housekeeper didn't notice this before placing the "Sanitized" band on the seat cover. Thankfully, the nylon nut and bolt were still there and about a dozen turns of the nut and 10 seconds later and I had the seat secure. Once you're seated pray that no one opens the bathroom door because they're going to take out at least one of your kneecaps. The bathroom door should have been hung so it swings outward into the sleeping area since the bathroom is so small. The vanity sink faucet looked beautiful, but it's short spout barely cleared the edge of the sink making it a struggle to rinse your hands. Again, did no one field test this before putting them in every room? At one point, there must have been a leak from the toilet in the room above because someone patched the ceiling in about the same location. Regrettably, the person who did the patch job failed to come back to sand it smooth and paint it. The popcorn ceiling was dingy and could probably benefit by a quick vacuuming to get the worst of it. It will need to be repainted at some point though. Despite these gripes, I'd stay again unless a competing property was a better value.

Rooms were comfy staff was nice.

Very clean and had everything we needed. Great staff as well.

Bathroom too small. Shower soap dispenser not great. Breakfast was terrible. Room was spacious and the bed and pillows very comfortable.

It was easy to find. Fast service checking in. Honestly had good water pressure, had a mini fridge, and microwave. Would stay here again.

Nothing flashy but clean, convenient, professional staff and decent price.

The hotel was very nice. The staff was great!
