Holes in ceiling. Dead roaches on floor. Horrific moldy smell in room. Baking soda box on counter. Just plan up nasty. Could not use shower it was so dirty.

I didn’t like any of it. Checked in at 3a, left at 7a couldn’t handle it any longer.

NOTHING

The odor of urine walking up the stairs, the foul, musty, mold and mildew smell, NO parking spot i had to park my Mercedes Benz Glc300 in a space so small I had to climb out the passenger side door... My husband and I are 65 years old and the hotel is more for prostitutes than for customers. I wish to God I could get a refund on my stay. This was terrible, it was frightening. I AM SO UPSET AND DISAPPOINTED

Cleaning staff real nice and polite, counter staff did their job

No real breakfast, pool was not clean or maintained, not enough security cameras

The housekeeping staff was extremely pleasant and the gentleman that worked the front desk the day I was due to check out was also very helpful The biggest problem was there was no coffee pot and you could not get into the lobby for coffee until 8:00 a.m. and their idea of breakfast was one granola bar so it should not say breakfast included because that is misleading people expect breakfast not a granola bar!

The aircon was not on when we arrived. The room smelt, the bathtub was stained. The location felt a bit sketchy

I ended up asking for my money back. Because the room was dirty, people outside my door,in an area that was very unsafe, people asleep on the stairs. Not a good experience at all.
