The location.

I booked my room because breakfast was supposed to be included. This information could be found on the hotells own web page and on Booking.com Well there was no breakfast served

The location was the best part. Right off of 1-10, and close to the city center!

The bathroom floor was not swept. Only 2 towels available, but we had a booking of 3. The shower curtain was dirty. The refrigerator did not close all the way. The knobs were missing on the microwave. The pictures show an iron and iron board, we did not have one and had to go to the front desk at 5am to ask for one. Breakfast is a granola bar, coffee, juice. The best part of this hotel was the location.

Front desk staff Deepa was friendly.

LOCATION. Room had a weird smell, only one very small soap, bathtub and shower old and rusty, housekeeping only came in once. Also upon check out at 10:30 am staff did not answer the front desk bell so I wasn’t able to turn in my key and get my cash deposit back.
