The room was very clean and I enjoyed the gym and pool. The main lobby was also quite interesting with maidenheads from a couple of whaling ships. The shuttle was also on time.

The view from the other side of the hotel, facing the harbor and downtown, is spectacular. However, my room had an industrial and parking garage view. Not great.

Great convenience and everything you could ask for, for a tired family after a long journey. Hiltons always stay true to being so accommodating and this was no exception. This time they even allowed us to have a car seat sent and held by them a week before we were due to stay! Really was so helpful and a relief to quickly recuperate here after a long international plane ride. The direct walk from airport arrivals on the sky bridge was truly a life saver too and very well worth the choice of convenience. The room also had everything we could’ve needed / wanted and more, from a crib to fully filled shampoo/conditioner/lotion (which smelled so nice) to a hair dryer toa coffee machine, ice bucket etc. Apparently the restaurant was exceptional for breakfast too with great food and service according to my partner and mother-in-law.

Not many complaints at all. I suppose if we could think of any it’d be that the room was a bit dated but was still so comfortable, clean and had everything we could’ve needed/wanted and more.. Surprisingly the instant coffee was pretty decent.
