Holiday Inn Express & Suites Boston - Cambridge by IHG

It was nice but one of the elevator was out which created a longer wait time for the elevator.

The elevator not working. It was shared with staff while they worked.

Breakfast and location were two significant points of this hotel. We could park our rental car on-site, which was very convenient.

There was an issue with one of the two elevators, which was undergoing maintenance during our stay, while the other one stopped for a few hours in the morning. But it was fixed by the time we finished breakfast.

I didnt like the rooms, they say its a suite but it was so small, the room and the pillows had a smell. The elevator didnt work from time to time, and we had to wait like 30 minutes just to do down. There were staircases, but they were kind of scary, as they were the emergency staircases not regular. The receptionist disappeared when I needed him for the elevator for a random smoke. We booked the room for 3 adults and a baby, just like booking suggested thinking that it was a suite, but the sofa bed that my brother had to sleep in was sagged and not comfortable at all. We had two cars and paid $100 in parking. I could definitely find something better for the price i paid.

It was overall good

The wifi in our room was really weak, so when we need to use a wifi we need to go to lobby

מצפה שבחדר יהיה גם קומקום וספלים שאינם מפלסטיק. שירות החדרים כלל ניקוי שירותים , החלפת מגבות , וסידור מיטה. במהלך השבוע לא שאבו את השטיחים. רצוי שארוחת הבוקר תהיה יותר מגוונת. אחת המעליות לא פעלה וזה יצר עןמס ודקות ארוכות של המתנה ) היה גם בפעם הקןדמת ששהיתי במלון
