Friendly staff. Our luggage was late arriving and hotel staff brought it to our door later that evening.

No elevator to the upper floor. Pain to climb stairs 😪.

Location. Bed.

Check in staff were rude. Basically telling us we didn't have a reservations. Even though we had a booking.com reservation. They shoved a list in my face, showing half the reservations being listed as null, null. Obviously that's a problem with your system. They stated all my info matches but the name...mybhome adress...phone number. Breakfast had a good selection but eggs and baked were cold, even though they were in a warmer. I dont think it was working.
