Red Roof Inn Sutton

The desk person was essentially uninterested, simply filling a task,and was lounging on a sofa when we came in.

This place is totally disgusting, should not be allowed on any website advertising for rooms. The place is filthy, nobody at the front desk smells like cigarettes and pot in the hallways and the rooms, bedspreads with cigarette burns in them in rooms that say non-smoking people loitering outside drinking. No one has a front desk at night or in the morning to even check out or request a refund. I cannot believe that red roof allows this place to be under their roof. The county should be checking into this place, stay away. I don’t care how desperate you are for a room, you’re better off sleeping in your car

Worst place that I ever stayed No body wants to work there and even smile on you, so dirty rooms and smoking everywhere! So bad workers in there , never gonna stay there again. !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Place was an absolutely disaster, wouldn't recommend it to worst enemy!! Lamps in room didnt work needed to ask for bulbs. Front desk worker hands me two that look like that have been used before and had i dont even know what all over them and expected me to install. Unbelievable!

The room had a strong pungent odor like dog urine that they had tried to cover up with deodorizer. There were cigarette burns in the bed coverlet. The bathtub had black and orange mold, and the carpet was sticky. The only saving grace was clean sheets on the bed. If I didn’t have a dog with me, I’d have gone elsewhere. This motel is not worth the low price. It need to be redone or bulldozed.

I didn’t stay. I motel smelled horrible. The carpets were stained and had holes.

Curtains were fallind down and didnt cover windows. Place was dirty and outside was noisy.
