"Wonderful place and a great value."

Hot breakfast choices were very good. The seating was very comfortable in the lobby. Our room was clean and ready. Everything was smooth. The beds were very comfortable.

I think 4 pm check in time was difficult. 3pm is the standard. We were told to call and ask if the room was ready, Instead of green lighting that the day before.

If I could give zero stars I would. We checked out after the first night, our bed had bed bugs after discovering my daughter had been bitten many times and then found love bugs in her bed. The manager said he had had a case 9 months prior and offered to move us to another room but there was no way I was staying there another night. Manager seemed very nonchalant about it and said "these things happen." I felt that was an unacceptable way to handle it.
