"WARNING RACIST MANAGER AND UNSANITARY Hotel"

The current manager Laura or Lauren or whatever her name is needs to be fired! She harrasses guests, actually instructs the cleaning crew to call her "boss", and makes them go through guests trash to get unsanitary linen! They have a bad infestation of ants on the 2nd and 3rd floor as well, in additon to bad rust and scrum/lime problem and leaky bathroom sinks. You also need to make sure you check your bank statements as Laura does take additonal increased payments not in alignment with member rates! Then fraudulently cancels reservations, takes the payment, and seems like is pocketing the money! An investigation needs to be done on her and the health department needs to shut them DOWN! Laura literally tells guests she wants their UNSANITARY linen/towels and instructs guests to throw them in the HALLWAY! Disgusting, and absurd racist to say the least.

The location is gorgeous! The staff is exceptional and the property is clean and comfortable. Oh, I forgot to mention the delicious free breakfast! My favorite place to stay on KI!

Safe, clean and friendly. The staff here is absolutely amazing. They are friendly and helpful and incredibly nice. The entire hotel is absolutely spotless. The view is wonderful.I had a room right on the bay and it was gorgeous. I love this hotel. And it’s very convenient to get to.
