"Great location and Quiet"

The room was descent but I thought it came with a pull out couch. I remember seeing that on your website. It was very quiet which I loved. The shower pressure was great. Breakfast descent

Loud door entering and exiting room. Room didn't comes with a couch which I saw on the website that it did. I wish hotels would invest in ev charging stations. Hybrid and electric cars are the thing now. The tub was old and dirty and the tv kept going out. That was weird. Too soft pillows which are not good for the neck. The hot water for tea was not hot each day. Had to warm in microwave.

The hotel charged me for my stay again. I already paid through booking com however the hotel said the payment never made to to them very dissatisfied with booking com.

The location of the hotel was perfect for our needs with plenty of restaurants in the area.

"Bug Infested and poor staffing"

The rooms had cockroaches, and the room door did not lock leaving me no option but to leave my valuables in my car. My wife and I reported our concerns with the front desk, but no response or effort was made to help us find other accommodations. The agent Lauren couldn't care less about our reports.
