Hampton Inn Freeport/Brunswick

Staff was excellent.

This hotel failed in its one primary function: to provide a comfortable place to sleep. The bed springs literally creaked every time you moved, and you could feel the springs poking you all night long. It was like sleeping on a 30 year old sofa bed. When we asked to move to a room with better beds, we were told all the beds were like that. Further, the hallway smelled dank, like an old basement in need of mold removal. While everything looked clean, the smell and the condition of the beds indicated a renovation was sorely overdue.

Loved our stay! We didn’t expect much, but everyone was so lovely and helpful. We will be back!

Did not have breakfast - hotel needs to be brought up to brand standards - staying tonight at tha Hampton in Harrisburg- a totally different experience

Hotel well located. Staff was very nice. The property needs to be renovated. The carpets in the hallways need cleaning as well as in the rooms. The elevator looked terrible. Bedroom door did not self lock properly which was a concern in terms of safety.
