Staff refused to close the sliding doors outside and the ones to the pool area when it was -14 out cause then it would get colder only in the lobby and they have to sit up there

I really wanted to like this place but the bad things just kept adding up. They didn't have any cribs available, neither of our tvs worked and we only had 1 remote. Asked staff they came in wiggled a few wires and said the other person on duty knows how to connect a new remote and will be in soon to help. She never came. I finally found that the box and hdmi cable were unplugged so was able to fix one but the one in the bedroom didn't have a remote and we couldn't do anything with it. The microwave stopped working after 30 secs of use so wasn't able to warm my son's bottle at night. The room was in the pool area which was fine until 10 pm when my kids needed to go to bed and all you could hear was kids screaming and adults talking at the table set up right outside our room door. I was told pool closes at 10 and it's posted on signs but when I called the front desk at 10:30 they told me 11. That's not what I was told at check in. We used the pool but even with it being indoors it was ice cold and my kids were shaking and their lips turned blue, not exaggerating. Our room door wasn't aligned right so the lock wouldn't close completely to properly lock the door. We opened the sofa bed and it was covered in chip crumbs and other food. And to top it all off the people above us were very loud and all you could hear were kids running back and fourth and jumping off the bed. Sounded like the ceiling was going to cave in. I'm not a complainer and try to go with the flow because I have kids myself and they can be loud and obnoxious but when things start adding up like staff being unhelpful, door wouldn't secure properly, and it was so loud outside the door and above us to the point where myself and my kids couldn't sleep that's when I need to say something.
