My sheets were wrinkled and visibly had feces on them which I showed the front desk person. She brought new sheets, 2 top sheets and I changed my bed at 10:30 pm. I asked her 2x to please bring a fitted sheet the next day. She said no manager on duty, sorry. I asked her to have the manager contact me, that was 5 days ago, heard nothing, no adjustments to our bill

There was no WiFi available for nearly my entire 2 day stay. Hotel is refusing any type of compensation through Expedia. Despise listing WiFi as a property amenity. I had to miss 2 hours of work and pay for Ubers to get to working WiFi.
