"High prices and low expectations!"

Not a whole lot.

A LOT. Sidewalks were icy and not shoveled. Stains on ceiling about bed. Ceiling was cracked above beds. Ceiling was cracked and peeling off in bathroom. Mold on shower shelf.

"Such a great staff made it feel like a vip customer."

I cannot believe what an amazing staff they have. Everyone was wonderful from check-in, pool service, breakfast service and even maintenance staff. It is unusual to find such a great team. Zee was our check-in person and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. The maintenance man had to add chemicals to the pool (normal daily cleaning) and we were swimming at the time but he was considerate and kind and respectful to us and within no time we were back swimming. Breakfast staff was quick about making sure everything was clean and stocked up.

Other guests being disrespectful.
