Nichols Inn of Hastings

The room is a little smelly, but otherwise it is very clean and felt secure. The lounge is very nice, the outside of the building is nice. The staff was great. Breakfast was great.

This is an older but well kept motel feel that renovated its self with a new pool and hot tub addition. Close to dining options. The breakfast options were great. Making your own omlette staion was a nice treat. Our room had an odor to it might want to try some deoderizers.

Our room was kind of humid and musty but clean. Breakfast is really good.

The staff was pleasant and the room was clean and nice. Only problem no elevator so had to drag heavy luggage up stairs by myself and I’m over 65.

Quiet, bed comfy, breakfast good, staff exceptional.

Desk lamp not working, center bedside table for beds to share. I prefer each bed have its own lamp/bedside table.

Food within walking distance, cute park (Vermillion falls) right up the road. Close to the riverwalk/ historic downtown. Clean and the staff was very nice!

Big bed and a recliner in the room

The cricket that jumped out of nowhere and the tiny bathroom. Also the front desk offered no apology for the bug in our room. They said it must have come in on luggage.
