Friendly and comfortable

Our original reservation was supposed to be conjoining rooms with Brittney Rivard, but when we checked in, we were told that was not available and we were put on different floors. The front desk was able to get us on the same floor, which helped. There was a strong smell of weed in the hallways, there was only 1 working ice maker on the 3rd floor, the hot tub was out of order, the rooms smelled very musty and our friends found glass in their bed.

Clean, friendly staff, and the best breakfast I have ever had for a breakfast offered by a hotel. Kudos to Nikki!

Service desk was excellent. Very friendly and helpful staff. Overall good experience. Hot tub is drained and closed and there could be a little more cleaning done to clear out the hallway smell but other than that, very happy with stay.

Room was clean and comfortable. Alarm clock was not the right time and you couldn't change it. Breakfast was a nice selection.

The bathroom was dirty. The faucet in tub leaked profusely and had brown spots. Black stuff around the handles. Stayed three nights and could never get internet. Same with the adjoining room. Could not get hot water. Had to take towels to desk to get new ones. I had asked the laundry person in the hallway if we could have new towels. She said yes but never came to our room. We also asked for shampoo and didn’t get that either. Man behind desk yelled at my husband for getting oranges because it wasn’t 6:00 am. My husband was unaware that there was an opening time and the doors were not closed to this room. Could not change credit card since we went thru Expedia. Fridge froze our items and the base light by the desk did not work. The only thing good was the eating places across the street and the free cookies. We were there for a family graduation and had two rooms for three nights and had to travel 30 minutes to our families house. Not having internet and no hot water and no towels did not make a great experience in the evening.
