The property was being remodeled, which we had not been informed of on Expedia. The pool was closed, boxes piled everywhere, both inside and out, lamps stacked off to the side by the stairway. Our room was clean, that was a positive.

The place was good looking, room felt comfortable and looked really clean, however would have been nice if we were aware the property was upgrading their rooms, there were picture frames and desk cabinets in the pool area, made the pool area look sloppy and cluttered.

Awesome service, room was clean and comfortable. Great value!!

Wonderful breakfast options, comfy bed, but the bathroom is a bit cramped.

Room was probably in process of remodel but there was very little lighting, one small desk light and a floor light next to one bed in a two bed room. The mattresses were uncomfortable, lumpy and thinner. Food in area was generally all fast food. Breakfast at hotel was pathetic. No coffee until requested, cold food and garbage overflowing. No staff at desk to check out. This hotel was not up to standards and was certainly not worth the $150 a night we paid.

I have been charged for the stay by the hotel and by hotels.com. Hotel refuses to refund, says talk to hotels.com. Can't talk to them no phone number. How do I ger back my money?

The place was under construction, no advance notice. Drilling all day long and our second room wasn’t ready for three hours after arrival.
