"Doesn't give deposit back"

It was nice, clean and served breakfast

I didn't like the fact that they told me I needed to put a $50 deposit down for the room. They told me that I could get that back when we checked out yet they didn't give it back to us. I messaged them and told them that I didn't get it back and still no reply. Not everybody can afford to sit there and spend a high dollar tip for a place to stay. Some of us like me are a single mother of four and struggle to do everything for her kids

"Worst hotel experience in years"

Worst location I have ever been to. Was lied on by the manager. She is rude and has an authority issue. Had to call the police myself last night to try and get my money back. They wouldn’t release my funds. They robbed me and my company for 5 days. Not that it’s a ton of money. More principle. We also had the mayor of the town there. As she was along with the sheriffs for a ride along. The company is a sham. They lie about hot breakfast during the week. They lie about giving the refund back. To the officer then turns around and says the owner has to approve. After stating she would. This company is nothing shy of horrible.

I had to call the staff at 12:00 am because the re.frigerator was making a loud humming noise for hours. Staff came down and unplugged the refrigerator. I loss a couple of hours of sleep and was late getting where I wanted to go.

"Clean, friendly staff, minimal breakfast."

Close to highway for traveling. Decent price.

Time for a remodel. Hall carpet frayed. Stuffed chair is frayed. Tile popping up in lobby. Breakfast very minimal.
