The room was dirty. Hair in the shower. Dirt on the bed blanket. Old dental floss behind the toilet. Breakfast bar was bare. Dry cereals, toast and waffles was all that was available

No hot water

The room was a great and clean

Room was near the stairs and bed was against the wall and the lobby was really loud

The staff was okay.

The room is outdated. The fridge was frozen over with no space in the freezer. The carpets look dirty.

There is no elevator; upon reaching the second floor, the last step is broken—the floor sinks in—and the place lacks cleanliness.

Location. Stayed there on our way down 66. Stayed on first floor room was clean and 1st level was clean. Stayed on our way back home and was put on 2nd floor this time. Stairs were disgustingly dirty. Bags of garbage all-over top landing. Room felt skuzzy. Fingerprints and smears all over. TV remote would not turn off or on TV. Had to mess with power button on side of TV it eventually turned on after multiple attempts. Then we had to hold remote together because back was broken and batteries would fall out. Could not turn TV off all night so lowered volume and used as a Nighy light. Didn't want you unplug as not sure if TV would turn back on in morning for news. Checked out next morning with TV still on. Breakfast area this time was skuzzy as well. Fridge door all smeared with who knows what and only bagles and waffles available. Had to share the area with multiple dogs this time around while eating breakfast. I love dogs. I don't love eating breakfast with other peoples dogs wanting my food and sniffing me. I don't know what the huge disparity in stays was about, but we won't be back. Lastly we had to pay a higher nightly fee because it was Friday for the awful experience.

2nd stay

Victoria was a helpful and friendly employee at the desk. She handled everything with profession.

I booked a room with 2 queen beds, no smoking, and pet friendly. I was asked do you have your pet? I said, no. Was then told I booked a pet room. I told her I didn't though. We go to the room and it is a small room with one bed. I have severe asthma and felt like my throat was itchy within 20 mins. Was not comfortable at all. My daughter and I went back to desk and I showed her what I booked and asked for another room. Mentioned my asthma. She got us another room. The room was twice the size as the room we just left and had 2 queen beds. Very nice and fresh smelling room. My daughter goes to use the restroom. She lifted the seat and the toilet was clogged. The seat also had dried pee and something else on it. I went to the desk and the employee said, we have no cleaning staff till tomorrow and handed me a plunger over the counter. I tried to clear the problem, but it just over flowed on the floor. We packed up and checked out ASAP. We were only there for mayne 30 mins and all this happened. We used THIS Quality Inn for 8 yrs or more. Never again. They have gone downhill in appearance. Of course since we checked in, we didn't get a refund.
