Price n location I had to scrub n clean everything

Had pubic hair covered everywhere.sheets were nasty with puke n mold on them when I showed the desk person he insisted they only wash top n never the bottom sheets..the place is full of mold n the desk help is very rude.charged me 50$ cash to move to and I quote.. "U want a clean room its 50$ deposit "I paid on booking n had to give cash at desk to get new room which was dirty so I went to store n spend hour cleaning n washing sheets..refused refund n I had no where to go with young kids .I will never ever ever stay at a days inn again

They were incredibly dirty They were very rude Sheets were dirty n I was told we dont wash bottom sheet ,so I took it all to the laundry before we slept,there was pubic hair all over bathroom;changed rooms after having to fight desk help to please move us n that room was just as bad.i washed n scrubbed room so grandkids could stay. Had no choice but to stay there.when arrived said "if u want a clean room its 50$ deposit!"other wise we have dirty old smelly rooms,yes I paid deposit n this room was gross..cant imagine the dirty room...

THAT WAS MY SECOND TIME STAYING AT A wYNDHAM HOTEL AND NEER AGAIN. THE RECEPTIONIST EVEN KNEW IT WAS DISGUSTING BECAUSE AFTER CHARGING EXTRA FOR BEING TOO EARLY, SHE TOLD ME IF I DIDN'T LIKE THE ROOM BECAUSE IT HAD NOT BEEN UPDATED I COULD CHANGE ROOMS FOR ANOTHER ADDITIONAL CHARGE. IT WAS DISGUSTING IN THE ROOM AND YA'LL SHOULD BE DISGUSTED WITH YOURSELVES FOR RENTING ROOMS LIKE THIS.

they need to upgrade all rooms not just non smoking rooms

This property should be condemned! The rooms were ridiculously filthy. There were bugs everywhere and I understand we’re in the country but the small roaches should not have been an issue. When the front desk staff were notified regarding the uncleanliness of the room their response was “this is an old property” which in my book is unacceptable. If your excuse is going to be how old the property is… then you should be charging old prices. Regardless, the age of the property has nothing to do with the cleanliness of the property. Just down right filthy! I would not recommend this property not one bit, nope, not at all!
