It was close to the casinos so the location was good.

They grounds were dirty with a lot of trash laying around. There were people hanging outside the hotel rooms. The rooms were not clean and in serious need of a remodel.

It was cheap.

Smelt like mildew, had mold on pillows, sheets, and air conditioner. There was food smeared on the TV stand. The sheets and covers were not cleaned from the previous guest.

Cheap, good location

Bed bugs, roaches, dirty washcloth hanging on the shower nozzle, refrigerator door wouldn’t seal, bathroom door too cramped to the toilet
