Friendly staff, good location next to the event I attended

Breezeways were all very dirty and need pressure washing and welding. The walk to my upstairs room was very lengthy, including multiple segments, due to poor design and location of stairways. The stairs are also dirty and need cleaning. Grounds look scruffy. Overgrown grass had been cut but was left lying near walkways during my entire stay. My room had roaches! Breakfast was adequate at best. Hairdryer was pulled out from the wall in my room. Towel bars seemed to have been pulled from wall and reattached and didn't seem sturdy.

The room was not cleaned properly. The floor was dirty, and the sheets had both holes and stains. The bathroom had mold on the walls, and the door was broken. To top it off, the shampoo and conditioner dispensers were empty. The furniture was poorly assembled, with nothing properly aligned. The hotel is located next to train tracks, so be prepared for an early wake-up call. On the plus side, the staff was friendly. Overall, it was inexpensive, but you get what you pay for.

It was nice for our pet. The A/C was great. The room could have used a more thorough cleaning. The bed made quite a bit of noise when you moved around in it. The staff was extremely kind and courteous.

The staff did their best to take care of us. Top notch

There were a lot of people just hand around outside. The room was nonsmoking but it smelt like smoke. There was black mold on the shower curtain and in the bathroom on the ceiling.
