THE STAFF.NO WATER PRESSURE IN SHOWER,TOILET DIDNT EVEN HAVE RIGHT LID FOR IT.I SHUOLD HAVE KNOWN BECAUSE NOT MANY PEOPLE WERE THEIR.SAID THEY HAD BREAKFAST BUT WASNT ANYTHING THERE TO EAT.WE HAD TO LEAVE EARLY AND THEY HAVE NOT REFUNDED OUR MONEY YET.HORRIBLE

The room was very dirty and very dusty

Good location have stayed there many times threw the years this time first unit I got was late evening and the floor was flooded I didn't notice until I unloaded all my stuff and fung up all. It wasn't untill about a hour later I undressed that as I walked barefoot water was seeping through the seem in the flooring I called office to report and they said I could move to upstairs unit but I am disabled and no elevator so I slept anyway.second room was satisfactory but light bulbs over sink burned out.when I asked them to fix they were very rude ,and said they would fix but ner did .my final day I was getting out of shower right at check out time and I walked into bedroom covered in towel and there inside was non English speaking man

When I had walk back to office to get second key it to did not work and I had to walk back to office get another key,and it didn't work either so I had to walk back to office and rude owner lady had to come back down and she took couldn't unlock it for like 16 minutes had to stand outside in the cold qqquntil she got in open .an hour or so later the husband shows up and rekeys door and off to the office to get another key ,I am am disabled ,left leg so I asked for a discount on my several days stay and then we're rude and angry with me for asking and refused. I ended staying two more nights anyway as moving out loading car and finding new lodging were too hard on my leg in total I think it was 5 days stay
