Comfort Inn Missoula near University

Close to river and they had chairs around a fire pit guests could utilize close by. Albertsons just a hop & skip away. Very convenient for my eye surgery that I had at Rocky Mountain Eye Center plus they gave a discount since I had eye surgery. It was minutes from the eye center so made it very convenient! Room was clean and beds were comfortable. Front desk was friendly and proficient.

The toilet in our bathroom was low to the floor, it was like for a child 🤷🏼‍♀️😂

I would like to take a moment to extend my thanks and appreciation towards Liam and the Gal training him on the audit shift Tuesday night into Wednesday morning. Me and my partner arrived at 3AM after a 19 hour drive straight up from AZ to attend to the loss of a family member and both Agents handled our situation with grace and compassion not matched in this day and age often. It was the middle of the night, walk in reservation, and on NYE as well. My partner and I wanted to give them each a big round of applause for not only ensuring a safe, comfortable, and speedy check in but these two handled our tired and already tapped emotions and made sure we were taken care of. I have worked as a FOM for Choice in Phoenix, AZ and have never felt so home away from home, fantastic work to the individuals that took care of us as well as Schuyler, the FOM for this Comfort Inn. Thank you for making a rough time a little easier :)

First, the person who checked us in (Schieller, I think) was very friendly and professional, a rarity nowadays. The room was very nice, fairly big, it had a fridge and a microwave, and the bathroom was nicely appointed. The king bed was very comfy and my wife even liked the pillows. We also loved that they use refillable bathroom amenities versus the small throwaway ones. The parking was ample and the cameras everywhere made me feel like my car was safe. We appreciated that the hotel was pet-friendly and is a close walk to a dog park, the river, and many amenities (Albertsons, ACE hardware, restaurants, gas station, etc). We liked that it had a small fitness room. The breakfast was also very nice, as was the breakfast room, though I wish there wasnt so much disposable plastic and paper items, even for coffee. Lastly, the heater worked well on a very cold night and the water pressure in the shower was great!

As usual, the wall and door insulation was lacking so you could hear lots of noise in the hallway. There was no exhaust fan in the bathroom. As noted above, I wish they could provide reusable plates/cups/etc versus disposable.

I stayed the night for a work trip and the bed was comfortable, it was quiet, and the breakfast was good.

Cold showers here. I like my hot showers but it literally took over 8 minutes for the water to get hot which set me back and I was almost late to work.

Staff and breakfast was good.

Location, beds were hard, shower was cold. No pool.
