A localização é no centro. Próximo a vários comércios. Rua tranquila. Sr. Cláudio bem atencioso e prestativo. Não tem café da manhã, porém tem cozinha equipada. Podendo realizar refeições no local.

Piscina bem pequena. Mas na imagem parecia maior. Não conseguimos aproveitar. O colchão da cama de casal não estava muito confortável.
