OYO Hotel Greensboro East I 40

I never got to stay in the hotel I booked it but didn’t make it to the hotel to get checked in .

Room was ok for the price, would have liked to have a trash can but no biggie. There were several dirty towels still hanging above the shower curtain.

The staff is very rude to there guests and you can’t get clean towels are wash cloths

We went to our room and closed the door. Went to sleep. The condition of the property is very poor

It was nice but the coffee pot didn't work they said they give breakfast online but they don't but there then that it was a nice stay

This place used to be a Rodeway Inn, and honestly, it should have stayed that way because it’s nothing short of a horror show now. The sign is still up, which is an eerie reminder of what was once a chain that at least had some semblance of standards. The moment I pulled onto the property, I could tell something was off. The grounds are unsafe—especially for a single female traveler. There were people loitering in their cars, popping in and out of rooms for quick, sketchy visits, making it clear that this place is not only dirty but downright dangerous. Now, let’s talk about the room—if you can even call it that. It was filthy. The sink didn’t drain at all, leaving water to just sit there, and the AC unit had a paint can stuffed underneath it. I kid you not. But the real kicker was the bugs. There were dead ones in the corners of the room, and worst of all—there were bed bugs in the bed. I couldn’t get out of there fast enough. I lasted less than an hour before I packed up and went to find a safer, cleaner hotel. I’m appalled to say that the property managers refused to issue a refund, despite the terrible conditions. This place is a health hazard and a safety risk. If you're looking for somewhere to stay, do yourself a favor and stay FAR away from this so-called motel. It’s not worth the risk to your health, safety, or peace of mind.

Arrived at 8p and had to wait 10min for someone to get to the window or answer a call. 1st room I was given was dirty with cigarettes and trash still in the room. Went and got another room. The 2nd room had some dirt/hair on the beds, a dirty tub and 1/2 dirty towels. The towels that were clean were discolored yellow. 4 walls, roof, and a bed is all it was good for. Not comfortable physically or mentally!!
