Property was clean and friendly staff

I was very disappointed with this hotel. The man that checked me in was not friendly at all. I had to ask questions regarding breakfast time and other things. I had to pull the information out of him. Pitiful!! In addition, the room that my husband and I were given, which was on the second floor, had the smell/scent of a dog. It was not good at all. I am thinking we were in a room where pets stayed. I think those rooms should be marked and noted for those who do not have pets should not be given one of those rooms. I was very disappointed with this hotel. I will say the breakfast was good and had good choices. In addition, my sisters were given good rooms on the fifth floor, and they did not have any issues. The front desk clerk stated that Hampton was full, and we could not be moved together. As stated earlier, I was very disappointed. My husband and I left earlier than scheduled because of the smell.

Tub was clogged slow to drain

Only disappointment were the pool hours- 10am-8pm.

Check in went horribly and then got worse with the room being charged erroneously 3 times for the room in a row on several different cards trying to pay for a room we already paid for and had showed up with confirmation email stating it was paid; but clerk still claiming none of them were showing valid, and you might think that deserves a poor score. But the manager recognized the error when she came in that next morning and preemptively handled the situation and resolved absolutely everything before we even made it to breakfast. While we would have loved to avoid the first part, people make errors and it was comforting to know it was handled without us having to participate or ask for it. The staff really was very kind to us throughout all of it. And the manager is extremely professional and caring about her guests!

My stay at the Hampton Inn in Henderson was great! The hotel was amazingly clean and the bed and pillows were so comfortable. I enjoyed this hotel.

The property is definitely in need of an upgrade but its was still very nice, clean and comfortable. The staff that we encountered were professional and courteous. We will definitely be returning.

It need more ideas like beef or turkey breakfast meats cause everyone doesn't Eat pork something more then just waffles maybe pancakes some home fries potatoes and I f I didn't see a toaster or a microwave but otherwise it was okay
