Great staff on the evening shift. The desk clerk over and above to assist with our room reservation.

Everything was acceptable

This was a perfectly fine hotel. The room wasn't huge, but it doesn't need to be. The bathroom was a little dated but it worked. The only issue I had was two double beds for me, my wife, and 3 kids but that's not the hotels problem. Breakfast was fine to get your day going - typical hotel breakfast and I didn't have to pay someone else for it. We're satisfied with our stay and we booked the room, so it's no fault of the hotel

The manager was great and so sweet. The hotel was great as we usually expect from a holiday inn express.

The other lady who was there when we got there was pretty awful about everything and acted like we were such a bother. The manger though apologized and was super sweet about it.

The room was great. Hot water worked. Bed was comfortable.

The night shift employee was rude. I didn't get in until after midnight, and the front door was locked. I called the front desk, and the employee came out of the office and answered the phone timely. Great. Then I said that I was standing outside the door but couldn't get in to check in. The employee then stated, "I have it locked," (obvious), "for a reason." I didn't ask for the attitude or the commentary. I just wanted to check in and go to sleep. I booked this hotel through Booking.com, and the listing did not mention that the front doors would be locked after a certain time. None of the messages I received from this establishment stated that the doors would be locked after a certain time. The website does not mention that the doors would be locked after a certain time. So I'm not sure why this employee would behave as if I would obviously know why the doors were locked upon my arrival. I know it was late, but she didn't need to be rude.

Telephone didn't work and the shower handle was broken and loose and made the hot water scalding so we had to hold the handle to avoid being burned. No coffee pods in room
