Location and daily room clean up

Bed was hard for me but it was clean

The ONLY thing this location has going for it is the young lady who was working the desk when we checked out Sunday morning. She was the polar opposite of the person we had to deal with when we checked in Saturday afternoon.

The person working the front desk when we checked in. She is in the wrong business. Hospitality isn't her thing, obviously. It's pretty hard to offend me but it didn't take her long, about 3 seconds. Two interactions, one bad, one worse.

Over all, it was okay.

The staff that was working the breakfast area was very grumpy. I don't need that the first thing in the morning.

Convenient to get to. Staff always so friendly. Sometimes I travel by myself and I always feel safe. Last stay they had me very close to Reception desk. Always has a wonder breakfast buffet

Room, price, location, staff.

Breakfast was normal blah. Given room initially that maintenance staff KNEW auto shade system was awaiting a part, yet this room wasn't taken off line. Given new room, but not ADA as requested.
