They gave us the wrong room. We were suppose to get a king bed and got two queens. Could not change because nothing was available

We were pleasantly surprised. The facility was up to date, very clean, well staffed. The free breakfast had good hot and cold choices. Parking was free and convenient, location was good.

The room design and layout was excellent.

The fitted sheet was too tight and popped off the mattress during the night. The window shade did not work and needed to be repaired. I was awoken at 4:47 AM by a truck emptying the dumpster.

The hotel was in a great location, within a 5-minute walk to the beach. We could hear the surf from the hotel. We would have preferred a king-sized bed, however, there did not appear to be any available during booking. The room smelled really fresh when we walked in, which is always nice! Due to our extended stay, I was able to change the linens myself. Continental breakfast was good. They replenished the food up until it was time to break down. I don't eat meat but they had scrambled and boiled eggs, bagels, muffins, bread, yogurt, cereal, oatmeal and pancakes. My mate had plenty of meat options!

It was hard to figure out the TV, however, it wasn't a priority. We weren't in the room until nightfall. I didn't like that the cleaning cart was left right outside the door. I don't know where else they could be placed, however. Our room was at the far end of the hotel and there was only one very small elevator. Luckily it was only 2 levels, so we took the stairs a lot!

Our shower was badly clogged so it was hard to shower but we told the front desk and it was on the maintenance list to fix.
