Great staff and great breakfast! Came in after a long drive to Alice behind the desk. She and her teammate got us checked in very quickly with a smile! Excellent experience

The staff were very professional and kind

It’s an outdated property. I had to change rooms due to smoke and the next room had a huge red stain on the carpet and some of the tiles in the bathroom were coming apart! Also, the breakfast had too many carbs abs not enough protein. It wasn’t that great either.

When we had a leak in the ceiling of our bathroom, it was quickly taken care of and we were moved to another room. The staff was helpful, the breakfast was good.

The rooms are not up to par and do not match what’s online. I arrived with my mother between 10pm-11pm after driving almost 7 hours and was disappointed in the room once we checked in. I had to switch rooms and still was not satisfied but that was the last room available with 2 beds and 5 surrounding hotels were all booked due to events in the area. The parking was also inconvenient and unsafe especially for those who arrive at night. The floors were hideous and weren’t vacuumed. The towels, washcloths and linens weren’t clean. If I was alone and not with my mother I would probably have slept in the car for the weekend. It was awful and unless updates and renovations are made I will not be staying there again nor would I recommend it to anyone.

Breakfast was excellent. Women who ran the place kept it spotless

Could not turn off the tv with remote so kept it on mute during sleeping hours. Got home and found 4 peoples bills in my email call to hotel confirmed that only my room charge was charged to my visa.

No where to park and they need more lights outside for safety

1st room had mold in the air condition and a bad smell to the room. Was able to change rooms.
