Comfort Suites Pineville - Ballantyne Area

Nice stay, clean, comfortable. They gave us a late check out. Which we appreciate. We don’t get away often and sometimes, just the comfort and privacy is good. Thank you!! Only thing, breakfast could have been a little better choices.

Definitely NOT #1 in Pinevile. We've been to this hotel as a family for many years on our way down to a Florida cruise or on the way back. We've reached our limit. Even though the price is good and this hotel is #1 on TripAdvisor in the area, the room is starting to show its age. The paint is chipping off of everything wood. There is a lot of dirt in the corners. The halfway smelled a combination of mustiness, cigarette, vape and marijuana smoking. Our room had that spray smell they use. The carpet seemed dirty and NOT vacuumed as well. All in all, we decided this will be our LAST visit to this hotel location.

Best hotel experience for price!

Best hotel experience I’ve had, especially for the price. Clean room, no bugs. Not a single bug the entire week that I’ve stayed! Great location. Across the street from the mall, hundreds of food spots within 10 miles away, and a solid 15 minute drive from uptown Charlotte. With that being said, the noise-level is surprisingly peaceful, both inside and outside with it being a semi-budget hotel in a busy location. Free parking is always nice. Breakfast is good, regular and cinnamon roll waffle mix, with the usual juices, eggs/bacon/sausage/biscuit, cereal, etc. Customer service is EXCELLENT at this hotel! From the front desk, to housekeeping, even the manager of the place, he might not show his face as much but if you end up, or have to meet him, as long as you’re cool he’s cool! Roxanna, Derick, & Sarah at the front desk are saints. I’ve went down at least once a day with an issue whether it be wanting shaving cream or waking up late and wanting to stay another night. They’re great. I even accidentally booked the wrong nights and they easily could’ve kept the money and made me book again, but they switched the dates for me. They’re understanding and won’t do you wrong! I’ve been to some 5 star top notch hotels and there’s always better but this place is great. Outstanding for the price. I definitely recommend staying here!
