Quality Inn & Suites Rockingham

Yes, when I checked into the hotel, everything looked fine and seemed fine except for where I would have hung. My clothes was hanging off at the wall and the air conditioner was on and it was pretty look like it was pretty good, but I have pictures to prove that it wasn’t so here are the pictures And I would love to have a refund because the money that I put out just wasn’t feasible for the experience that I had I actually was I actually am grieving my sister. She went down North Carolina to bury my sister and had to live and stay in those conditions for two nights.

Door to room barely shut. Looked like it had been broken into. Breakfast was a joke - a couple of canisters with fruit loops.

Everything was good really enjoyed my stay

The bed was not the best. The mattress sat on a metal frame that squeaked with the slightest move. Otherwise, the room was okay. We didn't utilize breakfast, but we did get a few cups of coffee during our stay. However, our biggest compliment goes to the staff, who were very friendly and helpful.

Check in was easy.

The room was dirty. The shower ceiling had pubic hair stuck to it. There was hair in the bath tub. The toilet was constantly running. The bed wasn't comfortable. The amenities listed on website such as hair dryer in room, was not. The main reason for choosing Quality Inn was pool access. It was covered and closed.

- bathroom was very dated material was peeling off of the walls and ceiling - I didn't get turned down service or clean towels for my second day.. no one even came to my room for anything sort of service or cleaning while I was gone I requested an extra pillow and never got one

The rooms were very dirty. Food crumbs left over on nightstand, rusted lamps, dull to barely any lights, the bathtub was black and filthy as if it hasn’t been cleaned. After a 15 hour drive, we checked out after 30 minutes of being in the room because of these conditions.
