"It was disappointing"

Was clean and the room looked newly updated

I booked a king smoking and was informed they over booked and they didn't have the room I booked. Then we get a non smoking room that the door wouldn't even close all the way. Looked like someone had broke into the the room and the door was messed up. Don't feel secure there

The location.

The room was filthy, the toilet rocked back and forth when you sat on it. The bathroom was horrible. The sink was clogged. The breakfast they offer is really nothing. Nothing to EAT!!! No was ever at the front desk. If this is the way these hotels are run then you will loose business. They are mostly operated by India people. I guess they buy them and ruin the hotel. Horrible, terrible Quality Inn.
