I Got ripped off at this day room was dirty holes in the wall holes on the floor gaps in the door bed sheets Had holes in them a little bugs crawling in the room burn marks all in the carpet and on furniture master room never again I want a refundCharge me $134 for that dump.Please put in a shelter would be cleaner than that

The room was not cleaned... considering we're still in post covid-19, we didnot expect the bathroom to be dirty. I had to clean the tub which you couldn't have possibly missed because it had a ring around it. I also cleaned the toilet. The bed sheets was half put on and had bleach stains on them. I also had to clean the refrigerator just to open it up. This was a two night stay, while driving down from NJ to assist our sister with her move. We just needed to have a nice clean place to sleep over the course of the two days.. I'm the back of the building there are rolls of carpet and padding which I'm guessing they're changing out the rooms. I will say the floors was the cleanest, not in the bathroom. The young lady at reception was very impersonal. I will upload before and after pictures if possible with this review.

Very nice staff and very helpful manager! Covid makes everything more difficult but they are doing a good jibe!

It’s was stinking in there & the fridge didnt work

Room was dirty. Sheets was dirty and stained. The mattress had Pee stains. Air did not work good. Bathroom was nasty. Told us we could stay in another room. We looked at it and it was flooding in the room. Told we were not going to stay and wanted a refund because of the conditions. Then was told that we had to pay for the night because we checked in

It was not a very good say this time they had no ice machines working the elevator broke had to climb stairs to get to Rome with luggage and play I'm downstairs with luggage had carpet stacked up in doorway you have to pass through to get to stairway commodes kept stopping at not enough Lighting in the room only had one lamp chair legs were broke very unsatisfied should have gotten a little discount on this room was there for family funeral and had to deal with all of this and because of the virus I think they should have gave a little discount on the rooms because they did not serve breakfast had neighbors that were out in the hallway fighting and fussing

Friendly staff, good breakfast. Smokey smelling Overpriced unsafe...unclean structure.
