Quality Inn Lebanon - Hanover

The place was ok. The room large and has enough space. However, the internet connection was not stable and had a hard time to connect most of the times. Additionally, the room was never cleaned. When I asked, one person told me I had to request that during the check-in process and another person that they clean the room after three nights. I was never told either of those during check-in.

No good internet and never cleaned the room.

Staff, location, nice room, comfortable bed and bedding.

The breakfast wasn’t great. Anemic sausage patties.

The first room shower had stains in the corner, and it looked like poop stains. Asked for another room that room the bed sheets had stains all over them. The third room was OK, had a few hairs left over in the bathroom from the previous person but better than the other two. Could hear people walking above and when water was turned on from above the water pipes would make noise.

Breakfast was awesome! Front desk person, Lucas was very accommodating supplying extra blankets and small GIF upon arrival.

I didn’t have the room requested, the toilet was clogged, and the heater made noise

Easy to get to and near the hospital. All the staff were kind and helpful! Friendly! The room was very good for wheelchair access and safety in the bathroom.

The noise from people upstairs and on stairs over us. Very loud stomping late at night. It would help to have hooks to hang robe and towel on in the bathroom. Also, some lighting in the room that was less harsh would have helped.
